Internal Quality Control
All Yingda’s fiber connectivity and fiber cable termination boxes are manufactured in accordance with international standards of IEC, TIA, IEEE, Telcordia and strictly follow the quality inspection process to ensure reliable product quality and stable performance. They can only be shipped based on 100% qualified, and unqualified products are prevented from entering the market or customers. At the same time, all goods are recorded and traceability.

Fiber Array Checking
All coming materials will be checked by standard process to ensure the quality, and avoid problems from the beginning.

Endface Checking
All pre-terminated fiber optic cable will be polished and grinding in factory firstly, so end face microscope checking is a must to endure top quality.

Polarity & Sequence Test
For multi fiber connectors like MPO/MTP, will check the polarity or fiber sequence to ensure perfect docking with optical terminal equipment.

IL & RL Test
All pre terminated products such as fiber optic patch cords, fiber optic pigtails, MPO patch cord must be tested for insertion loss and return loss to ensure the lowest fiber access at ONU ONT side.

3 Dimension Interferior
According to the IEC standard, three technical parameters are generally specified for PC-type connectors: radius of curvature, vertex offset and fiber height.

Tension Strength
Many FTTH drop cable are installed overhead or in pipes. At this time, the tension value of the optical fiber cable directly affects the quality and loss of terminal distribution wiring.
Third Party Certificates
In order to meet the project requirements or special needs of customers, in addition to internal testing, Yingda can cooperate with customers to do third-party testing and certification. Please inform the specific product parameter requirements in advance. After evaluation, our company will provide samples to the testing agency, and then the testing agency will issue a test report to the customer.
